Soft skill is a very important thing for our career. Nowadays, attitude, smartness and appearance are very important in the corporate sector. Everyone acquires a degree but do not have proper attitude to carry on. Hence, many people find it difficult to retain a professional composure. I think attitude and smartness are extremely important besides educational qualification. Soft skills means not only Spoken English but Communication as a whole.
The concept of Soft Skills includes communication, body language, grooming and manners and thus prepares us for a professional life. And I personally believe that the ways and techniques of learning this has to be adopted. The work of a Soft Skills trainer or coach is to show these techniques and methods. A practical exposure is always helpful by way of group discussions, presentations, role plays and so on. I think these can help everyone to get interview ready and learn the tricks of professional ethics, attitude and communication.
